Production facilities means any building used for the purpose of producing, treating, or separating produced equipment's.
The following screen is used to register facilities details.
The following screen is used to register job title for each staff.
The following screen is used to define each staff member data & its staff type.
The following screen is used to define equipment in detail.
User can define the equipment based on a fixed asset registered before.
User can also connect / disconnect an attachment to the equipment using the detail section.
The following screen is used to define the attachments that will connected or disconnected to the equipment.
The following screen is used to define production line details like:
- product & unit.
- number of workers.
- Quantity of product per hour.
- Preparation time.
- Cooling down Time.
- Buffer Time.
The settings screen contains User Privilege's Section
1. Can Create Production Orders without Source: production order screen enforces user to select source ( the previous step that preceded the order), using the option, user can create the orders without source.
2. Can Approve Production Orders.
3. Can Create Production Notes Without Source.
The screen is used to register production orders, user has to enter the customer.
The detail section contains the item & quantity.
The screen is used to register production operation details like storage facility, customer, start date and end date.
Detail Section:
- User can add each item, quantity.
- User can view raw material for each item.
- User also can navigate through Item Data Button to check the available quantity.
The quality control screen is used to register the manufactured quantity and to decide the quantity passed / failed.
