Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions are the legal agreements between the organization and the customer.

It will be used later in sales invoices.

 

Sales Introduction

It will be used later in defining/introducing company offers to customers.

Rejection Reasons

User can list all reasons that cause offer rejection.

Discount Types

User can list all types of discount and specify its value to use later in sales invoice.

Price List

User can enter and follow all prices for the items by group, brand or type.

Customers Contracts

Customers  contracts are binding agreements between the institution and the customer. These agreements include:

1. Pricing policy.

2. Currency.

3. Item price.

Sales Offer

User can create a new sales offer by defining customer, validity date, currency, then start to enter items details.

 

- After clicking Save button, the offer will have Pending status.

- To confirm an offer, user should click More button, then click :

1. Confirm

2. Cancel.

3. Approved: prepared sales order, It will open a new tab for ready sales order.

4. Approved: prepare invoice, It will open a new tab for ready sales invoice.

5. Rejected, It will open up a window to enter rejection reasons.


 

Sales Order

User can create a new sales order by 3 ways:

1. Sales Offer screen: click more button, then click Approved: Prepare Sales Order, It will open a new sales order tab ready with data, then click save.

2. Create a new sales order with No Source.

3. Create Sales Order based on Source, which will be Sales offer.

After choosing the record, the details grid will be loaded automatically. 

After clicking Save button, Administration can do one of these actions

1. Confirm the sales order.

2. Confirm & Prepare Sales Invoice: It will confirm the order and generate a new tab with data-ready  sales invoice to use it directly.

3. Confirm & Prepare Goods Received Note: t will confirm the order and generate a new tab with data-ready GRN to use it directly.

4. Cancel the sales order.

Sales Invoice

User can create a new Sales Invoice by selecting source:

1. Sales Order.

2. Goods Received Note.

3. Sales Offer.

Select the source, then click + button to load source window.

After selecting the required record, the below grid will be populated automatically.

The user must take action after saving:

1. Confirm the sales invoice.

2. Approval and prepare of the Goods Delivery Note: A new tab will be opened for the data-ready GDN.

3. Cancel the invoice.

Sales Return

The user can create a new sales return invoice by either selecting the sales invoice as a source or not.

After Clicking Save button, User should take an action:

1. Confirm

2. Confirm&Prepare Goods Received Note: It will open up a new tab with data-ready Goods Receved Note.

3. Cancel the sales return invoice.
